Book a Private Yoga (Asana and/or Meditation) Session — available via Zoom, FaceTime or Skype. For anyone who is fully-vaccinated, in-person sessions are now available. We work together to achieve mutually agreed-upon goals. Using yoga asana, yoga therapy, meditation, and bodywork, we can address chronic pain, recovery from injuries, and management of stress. Private sessions can help improve your yoga practice as you learn more about your body and how you move, identifying areas in need of strengthening or stretching, better body mechanics, and more mindfulness, on and off your yoga mat.
