I specialize in working with women after giving birth to reestablish their confidence, strength, fitness and vitality. After delivery, breath, movement and bodywork speed up your recovery and readjustment, releasing the stress of labor, enabling structural realignment, abdominal restoration, and relief from the strain of caring for your child.
