Yoga-Born Childbirth Education Classes
Yoga-Born is an innovative six-class childbirth preparation series that integrates yoga with current information about labor and birth in an interactive, open-minded, fun and relaxing environment.




A pregnant woman goes through enormous physical and emotional changes – gearing up for labor, delivery and becoming a Parent. Her transition to motherhood requires support, nurturing and lots of information that Mother-to-Mother provides.
Only virtual sessions are available at this time. As a certified prenatal yoga therapist, pre- and peri-natal massage therapist, and mother of two girls, I combine a my experience with the necessary expertise to help you from pregnancy through labor, and throughout your postpartum recovery. Each session is customized for you and your needs– consult with your healthcare provider if there are any special circumstances.
