Meditation helps us to create and strengthen a deeper relationship with our inner selves.
Returning again and again to the breath, like the passage of the seasons or waves on the shore, we are able to focus the mind. We live in turbulent times. Before we can take right action, we have to get clear. What are our intentions? What is our motivation? From what place does our call to action originate? Staying present, getting quiet, and following the breath, allows us to begin to know ourselves so we can take heart-centered action. Schedule a private meditation session, or find a class! It’s powerful to meditate in community!
