Weekly on Thursdays–10am via Zoom
Yoga+Meditation for Everyone helps you create balance in mind, body, and breath. Class includes breath work, yoga asanas (poses), and Meditation. This all-levels class is appropriate for beginners, people recovering from injuries, and anyone looking for a more mindfully-paced class. Recommended props: bolster or cushion, foam yoga blocks, a belt or strap, and a folded blanket or towel. Taught by Rebecca Leary NMT RYT500 C-IAYT Y4C.
