Weekly on Fridays
Join us for thirty minutes of meditation for anyone curious about the healing benefits of mindfulness. Each week, we explore different meditation practices, including guided imagery and mindfulness meditation. This class is for perfect for beginners, as well as people who want to deepen their meditation practice.
Mindfulness is a tool that has proven to be effective for managing stress, fear and pain, while decreasing anxiety and improving well-being.
You don’t need anything for class— just a place to sit comfortable.
It’s very powerful to meditate in community.
