Weekly on Sundays
Gentle Yoga is designed to help you explore balance in body, mind, and breath, through the mindful union of breath and movement. Class includes meditation, gentle yoga asanas (poses), and deep rest. This all-levels class is appropriate for beginners, those recovering from injuries, and advanced practitioners looking for a more mindfully-paced class. Alternatives and modifications will be offered. Recommended props include a bolster or cushion, foam yoga blocks, a belt or strap, and a folded blanket or towel.
There are risks associated with the practice of yoga. Please consult your caregivers before beginning a yoga practice, and for any concerns you may have.
