Yoga is much more than physical postures. It is the strengthening and stretching of mind, body & breath that gives yoga healing properties.
In this four week series, March 4-25, we will explore Mind (meditation), Body (asana), and Breath (pranayama). Each 60-minute class will begin with breath work, move through a meditative vinyasa flow, and end with meditation. Each week, we’ll learn new breath techniques, movement sequences that strengthen and stretch both body and mind, and meditation practices to serve you on and off the mat.
This all-levels series supports both the beginner and the advanced practitioner looking for a more mindfully-paced class. Alternatives and modifications will be offered. Taught by Rebecca Leary c-IAYT Y4C E-RYT200/RYT500
