Meditation helps us to create and strengthen a deeper relationship with our inner selves. Returning again and again to the breath, like the passage of the seasons, waves on the shore, we are able to focus the mind.
Yoga is much more than physical postures. It’s great for both strengthening and stretching the body, but it is the strengthening and stretching of mind, body and breath, that gives yoga healing properties.
